Hg-MAT1NE 
Process analyser for online monitoring of elementary and ionic mercury in liquid samples, including dilution systems for high concentrations. Automatic backwash filters for high particulate load. Special application: process water monitoring in chlorine plants. Installations in all major chemical companies and at most chlorine plants.


Housing:

Instrument built-in in a cabinet of stainless steel, protected against ambient according to  IP 55

Method:

UV-photometer with measurement path and reference-beam for the stabilisation of the lamp. Cold vapour atomic fluorescence.

Cuvette:

Quartz, optical path length 230 mm

Lightsource:

High frequency excited  Mercury low pressure lamp, stabilised light output, temperature stabilised.

Ranges:

0 ... 500 µg Hg per Litre maximum range. Lowest range  0 ... 10 µg/l (higher concentration requires upstream dilution unit, available as option)

Resolution:

0,1 µg Hg per Litre Sample 

Rise time:

0,5 to 2 minutes

Sampling:

Continuous sampling from bypass (maximum pressure on bypass is 500 mm H2O)

Software:

interactive operator prompting (according to EN 1483)

Continuous transport of the reagents by peristaltic pumps, fasts response of signal due to continuous flow injection of reagents

Reactor

New designed reactor with reduced volume and purge module

Zeroing

Zeroing with built-in zero valve for blank solution or water, includes cleaning of the system

Calibration

Semi-manual calibration with standard solution at 50 % of maximum.

Operating temperature:

5 – 40°C, for the best accuracy constant temperature of the photometer and the reagents is recommended.  Air-conditioner recommended (option)
