Nanosurf easyScan 2 AFM/STM:
This ex-demonstration atomic force microscope features a 70 micron range scanhead and controller for contact and dynamic imaging modes. Optional scanning tunnelling microscope (STM) scanhead is available. This modular system is ideal for teaching or for entry level research.
Includes software for operation in both AFM and STM modes, is included along with all tools, accessories, AFM probes and a 1 year warranty.
