Nanosurf easyScan 2 STM:
This ex-demonstration scanning tunnelling microscope features a 500nm range STM scanhead and easyScan 2 controller. This modular system is ideal for teaching and can be upgraded to include AFM modes of operation.
The software for operation in STM imaging modes and I/V spectroscopy is included along with all tools, accessories and a 1 year warranty.
